Rev. Beatrice Ofori Oblado is a Christian minister, social worker and community advocate whose life is given to faith, service, prayer and compassion. She holds a BA in Social Work from the University of East London and is a qualified Practice Educator, having studied at the University of Hertfordshire.
Her journey of faith began during her secondary school years at Abuakwa State College, where, through the Scripture Union, she had a life-changing encounter with God and received a prophetic word calling her to become a “mother of many nations”. That experience became the foundation of her commitment to serving God and others.
She served in a number of leadership roles at Calvary Christal Church International, Accra, including Youth Executive, Lay Preacher, Choir Secretary, Praise and Worship Leader, Prayer Warrior and member of the Women's Fellowship. She later joined Charismatic Evangelistic Ministry, serving in Dansoman and then in London alongside her husband. Her ministry roles have included Praise and Worship Leader, Women's Ministry Leader, Youth and Choir Pastor, and work in prayer and deliverance ministry.
Beatrice founded Ararat Compassion UK, bringing spiritual ministry and practical compassion together. Through Ararat she organises monthly half-night prayer, healing and deliverance sessions, and supports individuals and families facing difficulty.
Under Ararat Compassion UK she also established a School Outreach and Compassion Programme, supporting underprivileged schools and vulnerable communities across Africa. The outreach provides educational resources and practical help to orphans, vulnerable children, widows, widowers, children with special needs and others facing hardship, so that they receive hope, dignity, encouragement, education and opportunity.
Beatrice is married to Apostle Etienne Oblado of CEM London, and they have two daughters, Christine and Lois. Together their family remains actively involved in ministry and community service.
Her life reflects a commitment to faith in action: serving God, empowering children and young people, supporting vulnerable people, and bringing hope to communities in the UK and in Africa.
